1%Stronger is a personal dashboard app that brings your daily tasks, training, and health data into one place, so you can see your consistency and progress without switching between five different apps.
PTR is the idea behind how the app is organized: Plan your day and tasks, Train and log your workouts, and Reflect through your journal — the three things you're actually trying to stay consistent at, in one dashboard.
It means small, consistent daily progress — a completed task, a logged workout, a few honest lines in your journal — adds up over time far more than occasional big pushes. The app is built around making that daily consistency visible, not around any single big milestone.
Yes. Your data (tasks, journal entries, health, activity history, credentials etc.) is stored only in your own browser, never on a server. The app's server is a stateless pass-through — it talks to the services on your behalf and never keeps a copy.
Garmin sync is fully supported, including MFA login. Strava integration is coming soon.
Yes, 1%Stronger is free to use.
No. Tasks and journal work without connecting anything. Garmin sync (or manually importing a Garmin data export) adds automatic health and activity tracking, but it's optional.
Those are training-focused apps. 1%Stronger is broader on purpose — it brings your day-to-day tasks and journal reflections into the same dashboard as your training and health data, instead of tracking fitness in isolation from the rest of your life.
